Tops Equipment offers stainless steel Diesel Exhaust Fluid nozzles for full-service and self-service stations. Manual DEF nozzles, automatic shut-off DEF nozzles and magnetic auto shut-off DEF nozzles are all available. BSPP threads are the more common thread type used in DEF systems but we also offer DEF nozzles with NPT threads. The manual nozzle is a good option for gravity feed application or when a less expensive solution is needed. The automatic shut-off nozzles are ideal for systems that are using a DEF pump and for situations where it is important that the nozzle will shut-off automatically once the tank is full. The magnetic nozzle protects against the mistake of using the nozzle for the wrong purpose, it prevents someone from accidentally pumping diesel exhaust fluid in to their cars engine. The magnetic nozzle will only activated when it comes in to contact with the magnet that is on the fill port of many DEF tanks.
